2. Data we process
- What you send us via WhatsApp, booking, e-mail or the chat assistant: name, phone, e-mail, business details and message content.
- Chat assistant: messages are processed to generate replies. If you share a phone number or e-mail in the chat, your enquiry is forwarded to our team and stored so we can get back to you.
- Technical data logged by the server for security. For abuse prevention your IP address is only kept as a one-way hash for a short time.
- Consent-based data: analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing (Meta Pixel) cookies run only if you opt in.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
Answering enquiries and preparing offers — steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest (6(1)(b), (f)); security — legitimate interest (6(1)(f)); analytics and marketing — consent (6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

Enquiries up to 2 years; chat-originated leads up to 12 months; rate-limit records 24 hours; your cookie choice 12 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing cuhadarmedya@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
